A £1m+ contract delivered over 16 months: the house was stripped back and rebuilt inside, extended with a contemporary side extension and completed with a new double garage.

Turn an existing Barnton family home into a contemporary, fully renewed property with more living space and a garage to match.
Our approach
MJM managed the whole build as one team — strip-out, structural works, the new extension and garage, and every finish — keeping the programme coordinated across all trades.
Construction
The house was taken back to its structure and rebuilt throughout. A contemporary side extension with a glazed pavilion opens the home to the garden, and a new double garage was built alongside. MJM's joiners made and fitted bespoke furniture across the whole house, from bedroom wardrobes to a fitted office and study.
The result
A completely renewed home: new kitchen and dining spaces, a light-filled extension, a double garage and made-to-measure joinery in every room.
